This tower is intended for the college students of Newark's schools. It provides students with the necessary living conditions for a rising professional. Below ground, the residents are granted access to parking. At ground floor, residents are provided with a gallery space, gym, and storage area. The second floor gives students a computer lab, study hall, lounge area, and game room. Students can also step outside onto either the roof garden, or the roof top basketball court. The final seven stories of the tower are the living ares. Each floor has for apartments. Each apartment takes up a corner of the tower, introducing natural light at any time of day. Each corner is also a private balcony for the apartments. This design create a comfortable and safe environment for the students of Newark.
