Designed to be a connection from New York City to the HighLine, this proposal intends to reflect the skyline of New York. Composed of a series of intersecting rectangular prisms, as the user ascends, one gains access to different kinds of program such as a news stand, cafe, TKTS ticket booth, and seating area.
