This educational center and bird shelter is planted on a cliff of a park. Its purpose is to educate the public about raptor birds as well as treat raptors that have been injured in the wild. The structure is designed to reflect the forest behind the building. The columns are warped to look like tree trunks, while the cap of the structure resembles the canopy of trees. The roof connects three buildings: the educational center, the bird shelter, and the bird cage. The design also functions as a lookout point, with a view of New Jersey and New York City.
